Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC are both certified participants in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) — the European Commission’s July 2023 adequacy decision that permits personal data to flow from the EU/EEA to the US without additional safeguards for companies certified under it. Both companies are listed as active DPF participants at dataprivacyframework.gov.
Worth noting: the DPF’s legal validity is currently being challenged before the Court of Justice of the EU, with a ruling anticipated in 2026 — the same fate that befell its two predecessor frameworks (Safe Harbor, struck down in 2015; Privacy Shield, struck down in 2020, the “Schrems II” ruling). Standard Contractual Clauses are also maintained as a fallback mechanism by DPF-certified companies, including Google.
We may also disclose data where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with enforcing our site policies.
6. How long do we keep your data
Quiz and application data from people who don’t become clients are retained for 6 months, then deleted.

Restrict or object to how we process your data
Receive your data in a portable format

8. Cookies
We use cookies, managed via CookieYes, to:
