This living document outlines our guidelines for utilising these technologies responsibly and transparently—from text and image generation to AI-assisted analysis and content remixing.

We do not publish AI-generated stories or articles written entirely by AI models.
All original content (podcasts, core ideas, frameworks) is created by me. However, as appropriate, we may:
- Use AI to enhance writing — Grammar, clarity, structure (e.g., Hemingway App, Claude)
- Use AI for ideation — Brainstorming, finding blind spots, research analysis (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude)
- Use AI to suggest headlines or social copy — Short-form text for social media posts
- Use AI to remix original content through multiple frameworks — Taking an original podcast or article and analysing it through different lenses (analytical, anthropological, aspirational, etc.), then layering narrative frameworks on top. The output is AI-remixed, then human-edited before publication.
Disclosure: When AI is substantially involved in content creation beyond basic editing, we disclose it. Example: “This article is based on an original podcast, remixed through AI-assisted analysis, and edited by me before publication.”
Images & Video
We may publish AI-generated images and videos under these conditions:
- Labelled as AI-generated in the post
- Used to support or illustrate a concept (not to deceive)
- Primary image source remains stock photography (Unsplash, Pexels) where available
This is a living document. Our use of AI will evolve as the technology and our understanding of it mature.
